The AUGS Board of Directors is seeking qualified candidates to submit a nomination for the 2009 Call for Officers & Directors.

The following positions are available for the 2009 Call for Officers. For position descriptions and qualification requirements, click on the position title.

Application Procedure

All applicants must fill out the online application. Completed applications must be submitted by midnight on the night of June 5. This application site is only open to AUGS members. Please note that you can come back to this submission site and update any information as long as you are using the same computer.

If you would like to nominate a colleague, please complete the nomination form. All nominees will be sent the full application for completion.

Dependent upon the number of qualified candidates, a "Runoff" Ballot may be necessary to reduce the number of applicants that will appear on the "Official" Ballot. The timline is as follows:

Call for Officers & Directors Opens - May 13
Call for Officers & Directors Closes - June 5
Runoff Ballot Distributed to Members (if  needed) - June 10
Runoff Ballot Votes Due (if needed) - June 19
Official Ballot Distributed to Members - June 24
Official Ballot Votes Due - July 13

All applicants will be notified of acceptance in mid-July.
