This program is designed to teach OB/GYNs, internists, family practitioners, nurse practitioners, nurses, physical therapists, and physician assistants how to effectively evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor disorders, incontinence and/or sexual dysfunction.
Hotel Reservations: Group rates for hotel rooms for this conference are valid for Friday, June 5, 2009 – Saturday, June 6, 2009 based on availability. Hotel rates are being offered at $239.00 per night. Rates do not include applicable tax. The deadline to reserve a hotel room at the group rate is Friday, May 22, 2009. After May 22, it is at the hotel’s discretion to honor the group rate. Participants are responsible for making their own reservations by calling the hotel directly at 212-752-7000. Cancellation Policy-All cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@augs.org by May 25. All requests made on or before May 25 will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after May 25.
