AUGS is pleased to include a distinct Pelvic Health Partners Section on the AUGS Web site as part of the Society’s commitment to recognizing and encouraging the contribution of allied health, nursing and primary care providers in the care of women with pelvic floor disorders. Collaboration with our professional peers in physical therapy, nursing, psychology, geriatrics and primary care  is an essential component to AUGS fulfilling its mission to promote education, research and the highest standards of care for these women by including ALL professionals involved in their care. 

This vanguard edition of the Pelvic Health Partners Section of the web site includes:

• Important announcements and upcoming events as they relate to our Pelvic Health Partners.
• Information for patients on pelvic floor muscle strengthening.
• A toolkit with resources and tools to help you care for patients.

We welcome your comments and suggestions on what additional information and services we can include for physical therapists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, urodynamic nurses, and research nurses.
