A Course for Your Whole Practice

    By: Matthew D. Barber, M.D., M.H.S.

On June 7-9th, AUGS is offering a postgraduate course in New Orleans designed for you and your urogynecologic practice. We have combined our very successful Office-Based Urogynecology Course with our Annual Clinical Course in order to provide a unique educational event that will be valuable for everyone interested in FPMRS, from the advanced pelvic surgeon to the allied health or mid-level provider to residents and fellows. There are two concurrent tracks so you can attend the content that is right for you such as a live anatomic dissection by John Delancey, a Master Class on pelvic reconstructive surgery or a hands-on sacral neuromdulation lab while your nurse practioner, PA or office staff is attending lectures on the fundamentals of urodynamics or the tips and tricks for running a successful urogynecologic practice.

Course Directors Charley Rardin and Miles Murphy have put together an outstanding faculty and an innovative program with something for everyone. I encourage you to take a look at the program (link) and spread the word to anyone in your area that may be interested.

    Hope to see you there.
