    May 11 - Call for Volunteers Opens
    June 15 - All Volunteer Applications Due
    July - Notification of Application Acceptance to Applicants

    Call for Officers & Directors Timeline:

    May 18 - Call for Officers & Directors Opens
    June 1 - Last Day to Nominate a Colleague
    June 8 - Call for Officers & Directors Closes
    June 13 - Runoff Ballot Distributed to Members (if needed)*
    June 17 - Runoff Ballot Votes Due (if needed)*
    June 20 - Official Ballot Distributed to Members
    June 30 - Official Ballot Votes Due

    *Dependent upon the number of qualified candidates for Officers and Directors, a "Runoff" Ballot may be necessary to reduce the number of applicants that will appear on the "Official" Ballot.
