This site provides a list of over 470 instruments for quality of life with free access to look at the different types/descriptors of instruments. You must be a member to utilize the instruments and to gain access to more detailed Web site information.
Patient-assessed Health Instruments (PHI) Web site:
This site is organized by The Patient-assessed Health Instruments Group (PHIG), which is part of the National Centre for Health Outcomes Development. It is funded by the Department of Health. PHIG is based in the Unit of Health-care Epidemiology at the University of Oxford, Oxford, England. They provide an extensive searchable bibliography for quality of life instruments.

ICS has excellent documents on nomenclature and standardization of lower urinary tract disorders, urodynamic evaluation, etc. This is an excellent place for researchers to be sure that they are utilizing the appropriate definitions for the study of lower urinary tract diseases.
