Vice President
Term: January 2025 - December 2025; Succeeds to President-Elect, President, and Immediate Past President for four years of service ending December 2028
Criteria: Candidates nominated for Vice President must meet the criteria as noted:
- Served as a committee chair, treasurer or board member.
- Must not have conflicts with companies during their term of service and must meet additional qualifications as outlined in the Vice President job description.
Treasurer
Term: January 2025 - December 2027
Criteria: Candidates nominated for Treasurer must meet the criteria as noted:
- Be understanding and have experience with financial management, preferably in a non-profit environment.
- Have previously served on the AUGS Finance Committee or similar financial role as deemed appropriate by the AUGS Board.
- Must not have conflicts with companies during their term of service and must meet additional qualifications as outlined in the Treasurer job description.
Director at Large - DEI
Term: January 2025 - December 2027
Criteria: Candidates nominated to the Designated Board Position must meet the criteria as noted:
- Demonstrated dedication and passion for DEI work in professional societies, healthcare organizations, and/or academic/community based medical centers.
- Demonstrated leadership in DEI and/or other relevant experience and commitment to advancing diversity, inclusion, and health equity.
- Prior training/certification in unconscious bias and or the impact of bias/microaggressions on individual and group behaviors within large organizations. (preferred but not required)
- Meets additional qualifications as set forth in the Director at Large job description.

Term: January 2025 - December 2027
