AUGS Community

The AUGS Community is an online forum where members can share resources, spark discussions, and seek answers to their questions in a supportive and engaging environment.

How to Get Started

Create Your Community Profile
Make it easier for others to find and learn about you by building a full profile within the community. If there’s information you’d rather not share, you can control that through your privacy settings.

Share Conversation-Worthy Articles
Come across an article that you think that the AUGS community might enjoy reading about? Share the link with the community to start the conversation!

Join Groups in the AUGS Community
Connect with members who hold similar interests as you in our Community Groups to share experiences and have meaningful discussions. Some groups include the Coding Resource Community and Basic Science Community.

Special Interest Groups
Special Interest Groups (SIGs) are designed to be member-led initiatives that foster peer-to-peer connection, collaboration, and shared learning. To maintain their grassroots and member-driven nature, AUGS will not provide financial support for SIG activities nor will staff be assigned to manage or attend SIG meetings. Members are encouraged to take ownership of these groups, ensuring they remain community-driven spaces that reflect the interests of their participants. Learn more about the criteria to form a SIG.
