Call for Roundtables
Application Deadline: November 6, 2025
The AUGS APP Program Planning Committee is excited to open the Call for Roundtables for the Urogynecology for the Advanced Practice Provider 2026 course. Facilitators have the option to present roundtables in-person or virtually during the following time slots. Please note that there is limited space for virtual roundtables in 2026.
- In-Person Roundtables: Saturday, April 18th, 8:00 – 9:00 AM EDT
- Virtual Roundtables: Saturday, April 18, 2026, 10:15 – 11:15 AM and 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM EDT
Roundtables are intended to be in-person facilitated discussions on a topic of the facilitator’s choosing. The role of the facilitator is to share information/perspectives, create talking points and engage attendees in discussions either through case studies or Q&A or both. Facilitators may provide their own handouts or show a presentation on his/her laptop. No formal presentation is required. No AV will be provided for roundtable discussions. Roundtables are NOT eligible for CME.
During the submission process you will be required to provide the following information:
- Name: Facilitator’s name, institution, and e-mail address
- Title: Proposed roundtable title
- Description: Brief description/outline of roundtable not to exceed 200 words
- Learning Objectives: Up to 3 learning objectives framed as “At the conclusion of this roundtable, participants will be able to…”
- Curriculum Vitae: a CV must be submitted for the facilitator
- Select Session Slot: Select the time slot and if you’d like to present in-person or virtually
Learning Objectives
- Know interventions for overactive bladder including behavioral modifications, medication management and advanced therapies.
- Describe stress urinary incontinence diagnosis and management.
- Understand recurrent UTI and bladder pain, including diagnosis, evaluation and management of complex cases.
- Increased understanding of prolapse diagnosis, surgical interventions and post-op complications.
- Understand urodynamics including interpretation and troubleshooting.
- Describe medical weight management and appreciate treatment of other endocrine conditions in the postmenopausal patient.
- Understand hormone management strategies for perimenopausal concerns.
- Describe pelvic anatomy relevant to pelvic floor disorders and pelvic floor dysfunction.
- Diagnose, evaluate, and manage pelvic floor dysfunction and vulvodynia.
- Understand diagnosis and treatment for IBS, fecal incontinence and other defecatory dysfunction.

Accreditation
The American Urogynecologic Society is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Designation
The American Urogynecologic Society designates this live activity for a maximum of 15.75 Category 1 Credits™. Attendees should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Only attendees who join the meeting in real time may claim CME for this course.
All CME must be claimed no later than August 31, 2026.
To receive your CME certificate, please claim credits for each day you attended the meeting, then complete the evaluation. If you are not an AUGS member, you will need to first create a non-member account by clicking on “Create Account” and use those credentials to login.
Cancellation Policy
Both in-person and virtual attendees will have access to the virtual meeting platform. All registrants will have access to session recordings for up to 30 days following the course. If you purchased the On-Demand Bundle, the recordings will be made available within 30 days following the course for approximately one year. If an in-person registrant can no longer travel to the course, please contact [email protected] to change your registration to virtual. No refunds will be issued for this course.
