Class Challenge

AUGS Class Challenge

The Philanthropy and Development Committee warmly invites you to join your fellowship classmates—and colleagues across the community—for a fun and friendly challenge! Together, we’ll see which class can inspire the greatest number of donors from their graduation year by the end of 2026. Every contribution and every participant help strengthen our shared mission. Will your class rise to the occasion?

Who can participate?

Everyone is welcome—there’s a place for you in this challenge!

Physicians and Fellows
Whether you’re a current fellow or have completed your fellowship, you can participate with your graduating class (for example, Class of 2015). Graduates from 2000 or earlier will come together as one community in the “OG (Original Graduates) Class.”

APPS, PTs and Researchers
Physician assistants, physical therapists, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, and researchers are all encouraged to join. Simply include the year you graduated from your program (for example, Class of 1998).

Residents and Medical Students
You’re an important part of the future of our field! Join as the “Future Urogyns Class” and make your mark early.

Create Your Own Group
Want to participate with a unique team? You can! Just include the same group name in the comments section of your donation, and your contributions will be counted together toward your shared goal.

Already donated this year?  We’d love to include you. Simply email [email protected], and your gift will be counted toward the challenge.

Choose where you want your donation to go.

  • The Research Fund supports grant funding for AUGS members and directly impacts the number of grants awarded each year.
  • The ABLE Fund supports AUGS goal of raising $750,000 which will allow us to establish an additional endowed research grant that will be awarded in perpetuity.
  • The Fellows Education Fund supports educational opportunities such as the Fellows Hands-on Course, Fellows Day, and other educational and networking opportunities that support the next generation of urogynecologists.
  • The Patient Education Fund enables the development of resources for patients, including expanding patient fact sheet topics, and helps raise awareness of our subspecialty.

How much should I donate?

Every contribution counts, and your participation—no matter the size—can help your class take the lead. Consider making a donation to honor your graduation year (i.e. $20.15 if you graduated in 2015).

When you donate, type your “class” in the comments box.

How you and your class will be recognized

Over the next several months, AUGS will post classes in the lead on social media and through the AUGS Community, with periodic updates in the weekly Urogyn Newsletter. Those classes in the lead during the Annual Meeting will be recognized on the Donor Wall and during the State of the Society.

Prizes and bragging rights will be awarded to the class with the largest number of people who donate.
